Who is eligible for a Bennabis Health Membership?Bennabis Health serves medical cannabis patients only. Therefore, in order to join Bennabis Health as a member, you must have a valid medical cannabis/marijuana card and provide the number of that card and the state that has issued it. Will my Membership be automatically activated once I send in my payment?No. Once the payment is received and posted to your account by Bennabis Health, you will receive an email advising you that your Membership has been activated. Once your Membership is activated, simply login to your account and present proof of Membership on your mobile phone or device at a Network Dispensary to receive your discount. *Exclusions may apply. If you want to print it out at home, however, you can click the “Print Version” link on your Membership login page. You must print it out on the same day you plan to visit the Network Dispensary and it must have the date stamp on the printout. Bring the full sheet of paper. Do not cut out the card or it will not be valid.
Can I get a Bennabis Health discount at any dispensary?No. You must visit a Network Dispensaries to get the Bennabis Health discount. *Exclusions may apply.
How will the Network Dispensary know that I am eligible for the Bennabis Health Member Discount?To receive the Bennabis Health Member Discount on your medical cannabis purchases, simply login to your account on your mobile phone or device and show your Membership screen to the Network Dispensary at the time of check in and/or purchase. The name and medical card number on your state issued medical marijuana card must match the information on the Bennabis Health ID card on your device. *Exclusions may apply.

How can Bennabis Health help in that regard?In states with medical marijuana programs, Bennabis Health manages the transactions between the payor and the dispensary, simplifying the process for both by enabling the payor to pay Bennabis Health rather than the dispensary.
This provides payors with a layer of protection from uncertain federal risk.
Have any states required that medical marijuana be covered as a benefit?Thanks for the question. Courts in CT, MN, NH, NJ, NM and NY, for example, have allowed or required employee reimbursement by Workers’ Compensation carriers, at least to some extent if medical cannabis is prescribed as a direct result of the worker’s injury.
